We are seeking a Product Owner with strong business analysis skills to translate strategic goals into actionable product outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, manage agile delivery processes, and ensure continuous value delivery through user-focused solutions and data-driven insights. Roles & Responsibilities Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to prioritize features aligned with business goals. Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives. Support change management and process documentation for product rollouts. Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and operational metrics. Gather feedback post-deployment and drive continuous improvements. Contribute to product enablement, launch materials, and training support. Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in agile environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI, and process mapping tools (Visio). Excellent documentation, analytical, and facilitation skills. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
