It requires a balanced focus on people, performance, and place — aligning operational delivery with Wesley Mission Queensland’s broader mission and values.Key responsibilities include:* Ensuring that the integrity of the village and the organisation is always maintained.* Contributing to work force planning, including the recruitment and selection of village staff.* Providing leadership as part of the management team of the retirement village.* Creating a vibrant community environment that people want to live in.* Supervising contractor inductions and maintaining WHS processes to ensure that ongoing safety of the village and the workplace is maintained.* Providing ongoing support to residents to maintain their quality of life and independence.* Promoting and contribute to a positive, safe working environment and culture within the retirement villages.* Commitment to continuous quality improvement and regulatory management by implementing necessary changes in operations as required.**What We Offer*** **Salary Packaging:** As a not‐for‐profit employer, we offer generous salary packaging benefits that help maximise your take‐home pay.
