Keypoint Law is expanding its Central Office team and is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support our risk and compliance function. This is a full-time role based in Sydney or Melbourne, with WFH flexibility. Key responsibilities Your responsibilities in this role will include: Support the firm’s risk management program, with a primary focus on AML/CTF compliance Undertake customer due diligence (CDD) on Keypoint’s clients Work closely with the firm’s external CDD provider to facilitate onboarding requirements Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliance obligations are met Identify and elevate potential risks or concerns to the Compliance Officer and Head of Risk Oversee the timely completion of AML/CTF workflows Assist the Compliance Officer with preparation of annual AUSTRAC reporting Respond to compliance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders Support the Central Office team with conflict checks for new matters Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records What will make you successful in this role?
