People & Culture Manager – Australia We are looking for a People & Culture Manager who will be responsible for translating the organization’s goals into tangible people initiatives and providing strong internal support. The role involves driving local People & Culture excellence and process improvement, building relationships, and offering tailored solutions to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Translate organizational goals into people initiatives and measurable outcomes. Drive local People & Culture excellence and continuous process improvement. Build and develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to gather insights and offer tailored solutions. Create and maintain HR processes and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company policies. Support end‑to‑end HR functions, including performance reviews, employee surveys, contract generation, benefits administration, employee engagement, and employment relations matters. Provide professional HR advice to management and staff, including legislative and contractual interpretation. Support the development and execution of Employer Branding and EVP strategy. Coordinate and support Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities. Manage induction, onboarding, performance reviews, grievance procedures, performance management, and exit management processes. Initiate and implement employee engagement programs that foster a high‑performance culture. Monitor salary trends, manage remuneration review, and facilitate internal movement processes. Design, consult on, coordinate, and manage workforce planning, organization structure, job design, succession planning, employee retention, and organizational change initiatives. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and recommend employee relations practices to establish a positive employer‑employee relationship. Advise and coach managers on employee relations activities, including performance management and grievance handling. Undertake or manage workplace investigations as required. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Australia, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Conduct police checks, background verification, and administer aptitude and skills assessments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). HR certification or equivalent professional qualification. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
