Overview Senior Process Analyst to join a large AI transformation initiative. Location: CBD - Hybrid work model. Contract: initial 6-month contract with extensions. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required. Responsibilities Conduct ‘As Is’ analysis and identify how to optimise the process and implement a solution to uplift efficiency. Involved in the design of the future target state, as well as the optimisation and uplift of productivity. Support business outcomes by reducing leakage and improving process outcomes. Implement a business process management framework to systematically document processes including process mapping, defining key performance indicators and controls, and identifying risks. Lead workshops and facilitate senior stakeholders. Essential skills and experience Previous experience as a Process Analyst. Strong business process transformation experience. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory). Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation. Ability to lead workshops and facilitate senior stakeholders.
