We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major transformation program and are seeking an experienced Technology-focused Vendor & Procurement Lead to oversee commercial, procurement and supplier outcomes across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This is an opportunity to step into a business-critical role supporting a high-profile program, partnering across commercials, procurement, finance, legal, and Technology delivery teams to drive supplier outcomes, manage commercial risk and enable successful program delivery. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end vendor management and procurement activities across program delivery initiatives Negotiate, manage and review commercial contracts, supplier agreements and vendor performance Drive commercial outcomes while ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed milestones, budgets and obligations Partner closely with procurement, legal and finance teams to ensure governance, compliance and commercial controls are maintained Support RFx processes, sourcing strategies and go-to-market activities Own vendor reporting, commercial registers, forecasting alignment and financial tracking across the program Manage procurement administration including purchase orders, invoicing, payment milestones and contract lifecycle activities Act as the key interface between delivery teams and commercial stakeholders to support decision-making and execution Lead and uplift vendor and procurement capability across the program environment About you Proven experience leading vendor management, procurement or commercial functions within complex enterprise programs Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capability Experience operating across technology, transformation, ERP or large-scale implementation environments Strong understanding of supplier governance, commercial risk and procurement processes Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and navigating competing priorities Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and an ability to keep delivery moving If you enjoy operating at the intersection of commercial negotiations, stakeholder management and program delivery, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.
