In This Role, You Will Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care Monitor residents’ health and respond to clinical needs during night and morning shifts Administer medications, manage wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation Provide leadership and clinical oversight to care staff on shift Support and mentor Care Workers to ensure best practice standards are maintained Foster a safe, calm, and respectful environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external health professionals Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support holistic care planning What You’ll Bring Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills Commitment to respectful, person‑centred care Ability to work independently, particularly during night duty Current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates Desirable Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential) We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
