This is a hands‑on role focused on creating learning that works to help teams build knowledge, operate consistently and lift performance, with a strong focus on our call centre teams. About the role You’ll design, develop and deliver learning solutions across a range of business areas, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training supports business needs.
