Responsibilities Provide day-to-day management of operational Medical Administration matters. Participate in the RPA Executive, including on-call duties. Lead and participate in hospital committees; implement policies and procedures, safety and quality initiatives, and medical workforce management. Support an environment that fosters education, research and professional development where required. Qualifications Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and/or other specialist recognition or substantive progression towards specialist recognition relevant to the role, as provided for in the Staff Specialist or Medical Superintendents (State) Awards.
