Bymount East State School are looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative and enthusiastic curriculum leader to work with a cluster of small schools in implementing the Australian Curriculum with integrity. You will work across the cluster as Head of Department (Curriculum) on a temporary full-time basis, until the end of 2026, unless otherwise determined. About The Cluster The host school for this cluster is Bymount East State School. The other schools in the cluster are Arcadia Valley, Dunkeld, Mungallala, and Yuleba State Schools. State and Commonwealth funding have established a pilot to trial different approaches to using a HOD-C to support a cluster of small schools. This pilot will run until the end of 2026. The pilot supports different implementation approaches including virtual support for schools, travelling to schools at different times or a combination of the two, depending on the geographical features of the cluster, the needs of the cluster schools, and the flexibility of the successful applicant. About The Role Successful candidate has to be able to work within the cluster. This position will not be approved for a working remote arrangement. Accommodation may be available on request.
