National mid-tier contractor | Deliver projects from $10M-$40M FIFO/DIDO 14:7 arrangement This is a role that will give clear progression to Project Manager The Company Stellar Recruitment’s Civil Division is proud to be partnering with a highly respected mid-tier civil contractor with a strong national footprint. Known for their broad capabilities, they deliver projects from wind farms, tailings storage facilities, road and haul road construction to village and camp accommodation, flood levees, and large-scale infrastructure works. With proven experience managing projects from $10M to $100M+, this business is not one to simply “project hire”. They focus on bringing great people into the team, investing in them, and supporting long-term career growth. They are now seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join the team and take the lead on projects in a growing pipeline. The Role Based ideally in Brisbane (but flexible), this role offers the chance to work across a broad scope of projects on a FIFO/DIDO arrangement - typically a 14:7 roster. You will be supported and mentored by highly respected industry leaders, gaining exposure across complex and diverse projects. You’ll be working on projects between $10M to $40M with strong mentorship to ensure success in the role and progression to Project Manager. Your focus will be on delivering quality outcomes, maintaining strong client relationships, program and budgets and managing resources to ensure project success. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) Proven site-based experience managing projects through the full lifecycle Previous experience in mining or renewable infrastructure delivery Strong skills in scheduling, program management, and commercial awareness A collaborative approach with a focus on positive project outcomes Why Join?
