About The Role The Account Director is a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare communications, account management and client services. This individual is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. He/she collaborates with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans, maintain strong client relationships, and address client needs and concerns. With excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, the Account Director plays a crucial role in the success of the organization and requires a minimum of 5‑7 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Manage and oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality results. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic and tactical plans for clients, focusing on short‑to‑mid‑term time frames. Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the job function strategy. Lead and influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, procedures, and goals. Support the Client Services Director by suggesting and making improvements to team processes, systems, or offerings to enhance the performance of the team. Manage projects with greater complexity and/or scope. About You Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. 5–7+ years’ experience in healthcare communications, agency environment preferred. Strong background in account management and client services. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and complex projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Commercially driven with an eye for growth opportunities. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to lead through ambiguity. Why Join Us?
