We are looking for the following Skills/Experience: Demonstrated ability to coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records in collaboration with HAM teams. Experience in handling urgent dispatch requests and equipment returns, particularly for remote and ministerial offices. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, dashboard creation, and incident resolution. Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow.
