Currently undergoing a large tech transformation program. Job Description Key Responsibilities Delivery & Planning Project Planning: Work with the team to define use case scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the technical delivery. Team Management: Build and lead high-performing software development teams. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and address risks as they arise to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the software developed meets quality standards and follows best practices. Implement quality control processes and testing methodologies. Budget Management: Support the Project Managers in managing project budgets and tracking expenses to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design, and development documentation for future reference. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and support delivery team members. Allocate tasks and manage workload effectively. Foster a quality-driven culture within the team. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Project Managers to align deliverables with project milestones. Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Communicate risks, quality concerns, and recommendations to senior management. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Ensure compliance with standards, methodologies, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools. Implement automation strategies where applicable. Maintain technical documentation and quality metrics. The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in software delivery management with a strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong knowledge of software methodologies (SDLC), DAMA principles and Data Governance Framework IT/OT data management experience. Solid technical literacy to engage in meaningful discussions about software architecture and delivery practices using the platforms. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Familiarity and competence using project management tools (e.g. Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
