WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?... As a Paid Social Director we need someone who can confidently lead the strategic vision, execution, and performance of paid social campaigns for a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands. It's a highly creative and data driven role that blends brand storytelling with full-funnel performance marketing, translating cultural trends into scroll stopping campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact. This position oversees platform strategy and advanced optimisation across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging paid social platforms, bringing deep technical expertise in audience architecture, tracking and attribution, creative testing frameworks, , and media forecasting. The ideal candidate combines sharp commercial acumen, strong hands on experience, and solids leadership skills to scale performance while building iconic, performance-driven brand presence. 8+ years’ experience in paid social/performance marketing within a digital agency environment Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring paid social teams with a track record of developing talent and driving performance Advanced platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging paid social platforms Strong technical capability, including pixel implementation, conversion APIs, tracking and attribution setup, GA4 integration, audience architecture Deep understanding of full-funnel strategy, from brand awareness through to performance scaling and retention Creative performance mindset, with experience building structured creative testing frameworks and partnering closely with creative teams Client-facing confidence, able to present strategy, performance insights, and growth roadmaps to senior stakeholders TO BE CONSIDERED...
