About the Role Reporting to the Head of Innovation & IT, this role operates as a key delivery leadership position across the technology function. You will coordinate and drive a portfolio of business and technology initiatives spanning operations, customer experience and internal capability uplift. Key responsibilities include: Managing initiative sequencing and delivery priorities Coordinating stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners Improving reporting visibility and delivery accountability Managing dependencies, delivery risk and implementation readiness Supporting stronger execution discipline across the portfolio The role remains closely connected to operational delivery rather than sitting purely at governance level. A critical part of the position involves ensuring initiatives work practically inside stores and operational environments, not just technically in isolation. The role will require someone comfortable maintaining momentum across multiple competing initiatives while stakeholder expectations and delivery demands continue to evolve. You will work directly alongside the Head of Innovation & IT while helping create greater structure, visibility and consistency across a growing delivery landscape. You will also hold technical ownership across Storage King’s customer‑facing digital platforms, including the website and mobile application, working closely with the Marketing and Customer Experience teams who own the broader customer journey. This includes ensuring platform performance, functionality and integration with back‑end operational systems continue to support evolving business and customer requirements.
