Working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing, you will influence key outcomes through P&L management, budgeting, sales performance analysis, and EBITDA reporting. This is a high‑impact role focused on scenario planning, investment decisions, and driving growth in a rapidly expanding business. Key Responsibilities Lead financial inputs for annual budgets and strategic planning across ANZ. Deliver accurate forecasts and ensure timely submissions. Manage P&L and support month‑end processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Tableau, making insights visible and actionable for business leaders. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide analysis, financial leadership, and business case support for growth initiatives. Analyse large volumes of customer data to generate insights and drive performance. Prepare and maintain sales incentive calculations in line with approved plans.
