The role spans a broad range of work, including: Acquisition and sale of commercial, retail, industrial, and rural properties Commercial, retail, and industrial leasing Joint ventures and property development agreements Due diligence and strategic acquisition advice Revenue advice on transactionsCommercial agreements, structuring, and leasing arrangements You will have direct client contact, manage relationships, and play a key role in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers. Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in complex property, leasing, and development transactions Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to allocate risk in a commercially astute manner Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of the property industry and the ability to provide prompt, commercially focused advice Exceptional matter management skills, including scoping matters, managing fee estimates, and billing Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management skills Ability and willingness to mentor, manage, and support junior colleagues.
