Candidate Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in complex property, leasing, and development transactions Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to allocate risk in a commercially astute manner Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of the property industry and the ability to provide prompt, commercially focused advice Exceptional matter management skills, including scoping matters, managing fee estimates, and billing Strong commitment to client service and well-developed relationship management skills Ability and willingness to mentor, manage, and support junior colleagues.
