Part of a growing & successful team Great company culture Regular work outings Responsibilities Make outbound calls to our existing customer database (warm leads) to generate leads and appointments for our plumbing and electrical services. Maintain a high call volume while ensuring professionalism and excellent customer service. Identify and qualify potential leads within our database, ensuring accurate information is recorded. Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. Conduct follow-up calls on lost jobs, addressing any concerns and attempting to re-engage customers. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets. Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining customer records. Answer incoming calls and provide assistance during peak call volume or overflow situations. Qualifications Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, preferably in the home services industry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-oriented with a pleasant and engaging phone manner. Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong desire to succeed. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
