Factor runs private, high-value events for senior enterprise leaders. This role owns the full attendee journey — from first outreach through to onsite experience. You are responsible for sourcing the right executives, qualifying them through structured conversations, and ensuring every interaction is sharp, relevant, and commercially valuable. What you’ll do Make 70–80 outbound calls per day to senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, CMOs) Identify, engage, and secure high-quality attendees aligned to event themes Run structured onboarding and executive interviews to capture priorities, challenges, and initiatives Conduct research on each attendee to ensure relevance and quality of participation Qualify attendees using Factor’s survey and insight framework Manage all follow-ups across phone, email, and LinkedIn until confirmed Own attendee data and insights within HubSpot (accuracy is critical) Coordinate and lock in 1:1 meeting between attendees and sponsors ahead of the event Ensure all meetings are scheduled and confirmed at least 2 weeks pre‑event Support onsite delivery by managing attendee flow, meetings, and overall experience What we’re looking for Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day Strong communicator — able to speak confidently with senior executives Able to run structured conversations and extract meaningful insights Detail‑oriented — you manage data, meetings, and logistics without errors Persistent and organised — you follow through until outcomes are achieved Commercially aware — you understand what makes an attendee valuable What this is not Not a passive marketing or inbound role Not just admin or coordination Not for someone who avoids the phone or structured conversations #J-18808-Ljbffr
