Qualifications Sound knowledge and understanding of Xero Previous experience managing a small team (approx. 5 people) Experience dealing with statutory authorities – Landgate, Local Council Effective written, computer literacy and verbal communication skills with clients, direct team members and associated trades An understanding of office procedures Responsive to changes in project conditions and client requirements Australian resident Daily Responsibilities All company accounts – wages, accounts payable/receivable, BAS, PAYG, etc Overseeing a small team Reception / switchboard Maintenance of job and order records Filing, collating, photocopying #J-18808-Ljbffr
