DSY has been engaged to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a large non‑profit close to Perth’s CBD. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a commercially focused partnering role where you will work closely with the business and contribute real insights, not just reporting numbers. Reporting to the FBP Manager, you will partner with senior leaders, supporting financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis to help make informed decisions aimed at improving results as well as customer value. The role combines month‑end responsibilities with forward‑looking business partnering. Delivering timely insights, KPI reporting, modelling and performance analysis that enables leaders to improve outcomes and business performance in line with operational plans and budgets. Key Requirements Accounting or equivalent Degree CA/CPA qualified or actively studying to qualify Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Management Accounting role Demonstrated understanding of business analytics tools and accounting principles Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capability Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders in a complex environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines What’s in it for me?
