About the role As Store Manager you will motivate and inspire a large team while improving their capability through coaching and empowering your leaders and store team members through leading by example. What you’ll do Focus on building a strong succession pipeline for your store / area / region. Plan and respond effectively to ensure a safe and compliant store environment. Use data & insights to drive decision making not intuition or gut feel on Team, Customer and Performance metrics.
