Job Title Supply Chain Manager Location Jakarta, Indonesia Compensation Competitive Salary Role Overview As a Supply Chain Manager at Babcock, you will play a key role in building and managing supply chain capability across a complex and fast-growing international environment. You will lead the development of local sourcing, procurement and logistics strategies, ensuring that supply chain activities support programme delivery, operational performance and long-term growth. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and deliver supply chain strategies aligned to business growth and operational needs. Manage supplier identification, onboarding and performance across goods and services. Lead sourcing activities including requests for quotation, negotiations and award recommendations. Coordinate logistics, warehousing, customs processes and material flow. Collaborate with engineering, delivery and commercial teams to support bid and execution planning. Essential Experience Experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics leadership roles. Managing supplier relationships, performance and qualification processes. Leading sourcing activities and negotiations within structured procurement environments. Experience within industrial sectors such as defence, maritime, engineering or manufacturing. Knowledge of local supply markets, logistics and import or export considerations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
