Sci‑Fleet Toyota, Australia's largest Toyota dealer, is looking for a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join the team at our Kedron dealership. In this role you will work closely with the Sales Manager and our strong sales team. Responsibilities Effectively manage, plan and organise the coordination of vehicle deliveries for our guests. Liaise with Business Managers and the Operations team to facilitate vehicle preparation and accurate delivery. Schedule appointments for guests to collect their vehicles. Coordinate with Stock Control to ensure accurate and timely preparation and turnaround of vehicles. Accurately prepare and finalise delivery paperwork. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long‑term relationships with customers, whilst being courteous and reliable. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Strong ability to negotiate and work within a large dynamic team. Toyota experience advantageous, but not necessary. Immaculate personal presentation. Intermediate PC skills with experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel. Strong customer‑service background and passion for providing excellent guest experience.
