We're looking for an authentic and innovative General Manager who enjoys working within a collaborative, high performing Executive Team. About the Role This is a key full-time executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead our Integrated Care Services portfolio, which includes two residential aged care facilities and Support at Home services. The position is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across clinical governance, service delivery, workforce leadership, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care while driving continuous improvement and sustainable growth across all services. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading day-to-day operations and strategic direction across Integrated Care Services. Overseeing the delivery of high quality, person-centered care that meets all relevant standards and regulations. Leading, developing and retaining a team of 350 dedicated care professionals. Managing budgets, resources and administrative functions effectively. Providing strategic advice to the CEO and Board. Building trusted relationships with residents, families and the community. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures. About You You're an experienced clinical leader who has earned your credibility in aged care through presence, consistency and genuine investment in the people in your care. You understand the weight of the new regulatory framework and bring: 5+ years in a senior management role within residential aged care. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent understanding of aged care regulations, standards and best practice. Strong financial management and budgeting skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. Registered Nurse holding current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Tertiary qualification in nursing, health services management or a related field. Commitment to delivering person-centered care and continuous improvement.
