Role Overview As an EHS Coordinator you support the implementation and monitoring of Lendlease’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System. Your role ensures compliance with global standards, legal obligations and promotes a strong safety culture across high‑risk construction environments. Responsibilities Develop and review site‑specific EHS Management Plans and facilitate risk assessments. Conduct inspections, audits and incident investigations to ensure safety compliance. Deliver EHS inductions, onboarding and training programs tailored to site needs. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to uphold EHS standards. Analyse EHS performance data and prepare reports to support decision‑making. Assist in preparing and closing out corrective actions from audits and investigations. Support leadership in implementing safety initiatives and promoting safety culture. Facilitate toolbox talks, EHS committee meetings and workshops to drive engagement. Qualifications Essential: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. Desirable: Diploma in WHS, Environmental Management or Training & Assessment. Experience in EHS roles within high‑risk industries. Familiarity with ISO standards and Federal Safety Commissioner audits. Strong understanding of EHS legislation, risk management and incident investigation. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills. Ability to influence safety behaviours and drive continuous improvement. Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities.
