We’re excited to share that we now have an opportunity for a confident and experienced Senior Marketing and Digital Manager to lead a high‑performing and busy team of 2 Marketing Managers, a Marketing Specialist and a Digital Specialist, driving impactful marketing and digital outcomes aligned to Catholic Healthcare’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will play a key leadership role within the Strategy and Growth team, working closely with the broader team including Communications, and Sales. Leveraging your deep marketing and digital expertise, you will shape strategy, lead campaigns, strengthen brand reputation and drive innovation and new initiatives that support and promote team capabilities. As an experienced people leader, you will engage, inspire and coach your team while responding proactively to changing business needs. Your ability to build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and identify opportunities, will be key to your success. Responsibilities Develop overarching marketing strategy aligned to the organisational strategy across all channels, including digital. Provide campaign oversight to align messaging, positioning and go‑to‑market plans with stakeholder needs and the competitive landscape. Understand market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities, trends and customer needs. Lead the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns for designated business units. Build team capability through clear direction, development and ongoing support. Create a positive team environment that supports clear communication, collaboration and coordination. Partner with senior stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team to understand needs and expectations. Collaborate across sales, product and operations to ensure alignment. Partner with Communications to align campaigns and goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience in a similar position in aged care, healthcare, NDIS, NFP or related industry – preferred. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies. Proven experience leading marketing, including digital marketing campaigns. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Deep knowledge of marketing principles, strategies and best practices across various channels. Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent strategic thinking with the capacity to identify opportunities and deliver innovative marketing approaches. Ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage budgets, meet deadlines and provide evidence of ROI. Experience in brand management, product marketing and market analysis is highly desirable. Up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in marketing. Willingness to obtain a police check.
