We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Storeman & Procurement Officer to manage our stock inventory, warehousing operations, and purchasing activities. This role ensures our production has the materials they need while keeping our inventory systems accurate. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our drilling and blasting activities. This role is based in Landsdale including site visits when required and collecting and delivering of parts when needed. Key Responsibilities Procurement (Purchasing) Prepare and process purchase orders for materials, equipment, and supplies. Analyse inventory levels to determine purchasing needs and prevent stockouts. Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices, favourable payment terms, and timely delivery. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. Storeman (Warehouse) Receiving goods, inspecting for damage, and entering stock into the system. Efficiently picking, packing, and dispatching orders via courier portals. Conducting regular stocktakes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized warehouse, ensuring compliance with OHS/WHS policies. About You Experience: Proven experience in a similar combined warehouse/purchasing role. Skills: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Licensing: Current driver’s license (HR or higher) & Forklift licence required. Communication: Excellent communication skills to deal with suppliers and internal teams.
