Responsibilities Providing healthy and nutritious food consistent with the Guidelines which meets families’ cultural or religious requirements Managing both individual dietary needs and the main meal Preparing a shopping list based on menu and purchasing ingredients Ensuring kitchen safety and hygiene are maintained Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
