Job Description In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Bendigo and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key customers in the electrical sector Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned account portfolio Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Prepare and deliver customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs Collaborate with internal teams Support branch operations and contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectives Build and nurture local relationships that strengthen our market presence and reputation Participate in industry events and networking opportunities Qualifications Strong customer service focus and good communication skills Basic numeracy and attention to detail Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Previous retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus We're looking for customer-focused team players who enjoy helping customers and working collaboratively to support our branch operations and help grow local relationships.
