Qualifications Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering or other STEM related field Relevant professional and academic experience Adaptability to ambiguous problems and ability to learn quickly with a passion for excellence Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries Strong written and oral communication skills Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas Please note: You must have already graduated to be eligible for this role. Interview Process Each stage of the process involves a live Zoom-based case interview, typically drawn from real client engagements we’ve delivered Candidates who progress through all case interviews will be asked to complete a writing assessment The process concludes with a conversation with one of our Senior Partners, focusing on fit, motivations, and your long-term aspirations US Salary Range: $88,000 - $198,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package.
