An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Lawyer or Senior Associate to join a high-performing, market-leading Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team within a leading national firm. You’ll work closely with highly regarded partners known for both top-tier deal work and developing talent, in a team that genuinely invests in its people. The Opportunity This role offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated corporate matters, including: Mergers & acquisitions (private and public) Private equity buyouts and exits Capital raisings and securities law Corporate governance and board advisory Investment structuring and funds work Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions You’ll play a key role across the full deal lifecycle—structuring, drafting, negotiating and project managing transactions, while working closely with clients and internal specialists. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to high-profile, market-leading deals across a range of industries. About the Team The team advises: ASX-listed and multinational organisations Private equity and investment funds High-growth and emerging companies Working across sectors such as technology, energy & resources, financial services, transport and consumer markets, the team is known for delivering commercial, pragmatic advice on complex transactions. You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing group with a strong reputation for technical excellence and mentorship.
