About the position: Cullen Jewellery is a rapidly growing global business and you'll play a crucial role planning, executing and delivery of our new showrooms and supporting upgrades to current ones. Working in the Property & Expansion team you'll be collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving continuous improvements to streamline project workflows and achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee end-to-end execution of showroom projects, developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Act as the central coordination point across internal team and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment. Collaborate on location and property sourcing as required. Support lease negotiations, including commercial input and coordination with legal advisors. Ensure each construction project meets the requirements of our insurer. Identify, manage and elevate project risks and roadblocks, ensuring proactive resolution. Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement. What are we seeking? Proven experience in project management preferably within retail or a similar fast‑paced environment. Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, contract input and risk management. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive process improvements and establish standardised workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
