Key responsibilities: Prioritise tasks, adapt and respond to changing situations in a dynamic environment. Apply strong communication, problem solving, and organisational skills. Provide perioperative nursing care across domains of instrument, circulating, anaesthetics, and post‑anaesthetic care. Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care. Qualifications & experience: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse. Minimum of 12 months Operating Room experience within the past 3 years (desirable). Minimum of 3 years Operating Room experience within the last 5 years (desirable). Successful completion of a 12‑month Transition to Practice, Perioperative Program (desirable). Attainment of Post Graduate Certificate or greater in Perioperative Nursing (desirable). Salary & benefits: Salary range: $80,524 to $109,175 pro rata, per annum. Access to Grade 4 salary range $102,439–$109,175 with grade progression. Post Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type. Salary packaging benefits: living expenses up to $9,010 and meal entertainment $2,650 per FBT year.
