As an Assistant Store Manager for Witchery, oversee and drive store performance, working collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team. How You Will Contribute Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth.
