About the Role As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients as part of a project team, reporting to a Managing Principal, Associate Partner, or Partner. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of client strategy and operational challenges Conduct research and analysis to identify improvement opportunities Design practical, tailored solutions Support implementation to deliver lasting impact Facilitate workshops and present findings to senior stakeholders You’ll build and apply core consulting skills including problem solving, analysis, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Flexible work arrangements, including part‑time and hybrid options, are available. Some interstate travel may be required.
