Position Overview We are seeking a Site Manager to join our Brisbane team. This role involves leading commercial construction projects up to $40million. Location Brisbane, Queensland (QLD) Employment Type Full Time Salary AU$150,000 – AU$175,000 per annum plus super, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities As a Site Manager you will: Oversee construction activities for commercial projects ranging from $10million to $40million. Lead and mentor a team of site staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Represent the company at project site meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management. Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience as a Site Manager or similar role in commercial construction. Strong track record managing projects up to $40million. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Economics, or equivalent. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Local experience and established relationships with consultants and subcontractors. Leadership qualities, mentoring ability, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
