About The Role As a Trainer & Assessor, you’ll deliver nationally accredited, scenario‑based training in areas such as: Provide Advanced First Aid Operate Breathing Apparatus (Open Circuit) Participate in a Rescue Operation Vertical Rescue / Confined Space Rescue Work Safely and Follow WHS Policies and Procedures Respond to Work Site Incidents Apply Risk Management Processes Drive Under Operational Conditions You don’t need experience across every competency area - if you’re confident in several areas and passionate about sharing your knowledge, we’d love to hear from you. Your background may include fire & rescue, paramedicine, defence, aviation, industrial response, or volunteer emergency services. What matters most is your genuine passion for safety, your ability to inspire others, and your practical emergency response experience.
