From early works through to handover, you’ll lead with clarity, ownership, and precision. What You’ll Do Lead and manage day‑to‑day site operations from early works through to handover. Coordinate trades, subcontractors and consultants to deliver on time and to a high standard. Drive program delivery, sequencing and site coordination to keep the project moving forward. Champion safety, quality and presentation, ensuring the site reflects the level of finish expected on a Graya project. Build strong working relationships with site teams, design teams, consultants and subcontractors. Identify opportunities, solve problems and adapt as the project evolves. Support cost control and reporting by flagging risks, variations and opportunities early. Foster a positive, high‑performance culture on site. Requirements What You’ll Bring Solid experience managing residential or commercial construction projects from site. Proven ability to lead teams and drive program delivery to tight timelines. Solid technical and commercial knowledge with confidence to make smart, timely decisions. A hands‑on leadership style that’s clear, proactive and collaborative. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with office and delivery teams. A safety‑first mindset with a commitment to maintaining a clean, organised and well‑presented site.
