The Role - Supporting our South Australian Services Drive Commercial Performance Coach and empower leaders to advocate for every family and child who requires care at Nido Support effective roster management aligned to compliant and quality child-to-educator ratios Guide services on financial processes, budget spends, and performance dashboards Ensure family accounts, resources, and operational costs are proactively managed Champion Compliance & Quality Conduct service visits aligned with compliance and operational guidelines Support leaders to maintain National Law and Regulation requirements Monitor and guide roster compliance, ratios, and workforce planning Enhance Family Experience & Growth Support best-practice tour experiences and enrolment conversion Guide services on transitions, retention, and exit feedback processes Help build strong relationships with families and communities Collaborate & Influence Across the Business Support broader business initiatives and projects Mentor and contribute to the growth of leaders across the organisation What You Bring Is commercially savvy and operationally strong Loves coaching and developing leaders Understands workforce planning, rostering, and financial performance Communicates with clarity, influence, and empathy Is organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment Experience in early education is valued, but your leadership, commercial mindset, and passion for people and performance are what matter most.
