Responsibilities Deliver end‑to‑end, full cycle recruitment including candidate screening and behavioural–based interviewing for roles within WA. Build and maintain talent pipelines and pools for key positions while utilising a broad range of sourcing channels and techniques. Provide training to hiring managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process and SuccessFactors recruitment system. Proactively source using LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search and other sourcing tools. Hold job briefing meetings with hiring managers and establish candidate selection criteria. Create vacancies and assist hiring managers with shortlisting applications using SuccessFactors. Coordinate and conduct candidate pre‑screening for managers. Provide coaching and advice to managers on designing tailored interview guides and conducting interviews. Organise and conduct interviews with hiring managers, in person and via Teams. Assist with the preparation and issuance of new employment contracts within SuccessFactors. Update and maintain relevant content in SuccessFactors and other people‑related systems. Participate in our annual Graduate and Vacation Student hiring programs. Participate in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Qualifications End‑to‑end recruitment experience (preferably internal). Strong candidate focus and excellent communication skills, building strong relationships across the business. Proactive sourcing strategies, natural networking skills, and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search. Proven experience recruiting within the Mining Industry. Prior recruitment experience using SuccessFactors is preferable. Strong attention to detail, enjoy the administrative side of the role, and recognise the value in following and improving processes. Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, prioritising and managing multiple concurrent tasks. Occasional travel to mine sites may be required.
