This newly created role will provide high-level financial accounting and payroll support to the Finance Manager. About You The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional attention to detail and consistently demonstrates a professional approach in their ability to meet deadlines and maintain positive working relationships in addition to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly close out process and prepare financial reports for the Finance Manager. Debtor management, including the monitoring over overdue accounts. Processing of payroll and salary packaging, including review of changes and provision of adjust file to outsource payroll. Provide payroll assistance to all employees where required. Assist Finance Manager to prepare annual budget and 6+6 reforecast. Support annual audit requirements to meet audit standards. Support finance lead projects and initiatives. Qualifications and experience Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting. Membership of a professional Accounting Body (CA/CPA) or working toward. 3-4 years' relevant work experience in a financial accounting role with regular stakeholder engagement. Previous experience in budgeting and forecasting. Previous experience in supporting an annual audit. Previous experience working in a Not-for-profit or Medical/ Clinical Research organisation with exposure to clinical trial budgeting/clinical trial research agreements, would be very highly regarded.
