Role Summary The International Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting global sales activities and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through delivery. This position supports both Inside and Outside Sales teams, manages international customer relationships, and contributes to the development of new business opportunities across multiple regions. Reporting Line This role reports directly to the Vice President & Country Manager – APAC & MENA and maintains process alignment with the Global Inside Sales Manager as needed for coordination of global inside‑sales activities. The role requires strong coordination across Marketing, Operations, Production, and Logistics to support international sales initiatives and maintain high standards of service. While based in Australia, the position provides operational and sales support across Asia‑Pacific, MENA, LATAM, Europe, and may collaborate with the US domestic team. Responsibilities Support international Inside Sales activities with exposure to Outside Sales across global markets Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and partners Identify growth opportunities and support strategies to expand global business and revenue Use sales data, market insights, and analytics to support forecasting and decision‑making Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Logistics Assist Outside Sales with CRM updates, pipeline management, and project tracking Prepare and issue customer quotations in compliance with international trade requirements Manage inbound international sales inquiries and new lead requests Support utility‑scale solar sales initiatives (experience preferred) Sales Support Provide hands‑on order management support, coordinating closely with logistics and operations teams Support new and existing international sales partnerships across global markets Deliver a high‑touch customer operations model, including proactive communication and follow‑up Monitor customer performance metrics and sales analytics; provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities Assist with documentation related to international shipping, export compliance, and delivery schedules Support RFQ and tendering processes, including quote preparation, logistics pricing, and documentation for high‑quality submissions Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or sales operations Knowledge of international sales, trade, or logistics strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce and CPQ preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Bachelor’s degree preferred Job Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High level of accuracy and organization Results‑driven, with a proactive and goal‑oriented mindset Clear, professional, and effective communication Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Equal Opportunity Statement Shoals Technologies Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
