The current FM is retiring in July and will leave behind a “happy village” with almost 100% occupancy and full 3‑year accreditation (next audit in 2028). Organisation Our client is a 145‑year‑old benevolent organisation, financially secure, fully staff‑focused, and led by a CEO widely regarded as one of the top leaders in the industry. During COVID they deliberately ran at a planned loss to stockpile PPE and protect staff, and they invest in staff welfare, including scholarship programmes that move staff from Carer to Registered Nurse. Culture You will report to a Regional Manager who is highly protective of her team, operates with a strict “no blame” policy, and prioritises psychological safety. Prepare the site for growth – the village currently has 53 beds with confirmed plans for rebuilding and expansion. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations. Ensure AN‑ACC funding and compliance requirements are met. Lead and develop staff. Prepare for expansion and growth of the facility. Qualifications AHPRA registration and Nursing Degree are highly advantageous; strong, empathetic non‑clinical leaders are considered. Residential Aged Care experience is essential.
