Job Overview DWS is expanding its Adelaide team and is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager for our consulting practice. The role will manage a wide range of complex enterprise‑scale IT projects including transformation, integration, migration, application development, security, and cloud initiatives for Tier 1 clients. Position Details Type: Permanent, full‑time Start: Immediate, up to 2‑week notice Location: Adelaide Style: Hybrid – 3 days on‑site, 2 days WFH Salary: Up to $185 k package (incl super), depending on experience Responsibilities Lead and deliver enterprise‑scale IT projects across various domains (banking, financial services, utilities, government, telecoms). Manage integration, migration, transformation, cloud, application, and security projects. Serve as SME for clients, often unfamiliar with tools and technologies involved. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management. Engage C‑level stakeholders and manage vendors. Deliver projects in large, complex, enterprise environments. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager on major enterprise projects. Strong technical IT background preferred. Experience in Agile environments; SAFe or similar certification desirable. Experience as an Iteration Manager or Scrum Master valuable. Sound knowledge of change management best practices. Ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills. Australian citizen with baseline or NV1 security clearance.
