About the Role You’ll be the go‑to person helping customers actually use the platform solving real operational problems across fleets, workshops, and compliance teams. You will be working directly with drivers, mechanics, and fleet managers, supporting them via phone and Zendesk, troubleshooting software issues and ensuring their data and workflows are set up correctly. Full product training is provided but what matters is your ability to understand customers, problem‑solve, and communicate clearly. What We’re Looking For Proven application/software support experience (not general IT helpdesk). Comfortable working with data, Excel, and system troubleshooting. Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools. Strong communication skills and ability to “talk shop” with industry users. Self‑sufficient, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
