Project Exploration Geologist About Matsa Matsa Resources Limited is an ASX-listed gold exploration and mining company operating in the North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. Matsa’s flagship Lake Carey Gold Project covers approximately 450km² of highly prospective tenements and includes three approved mining operations, including the high-grade Devon Pit Gold Mine, which is currently in operation and cashflow positive. The Lake Carey exploration portfolio also includes the highly prospective Fortitude North target, with an exploration target of 10Mt to 23Mt at 2.0g/t to 2.5g/t Au, representing approximately 643,000 to 1,850,000 ounces of gold. With a Board-approved 20,000m drilling program and plans to run up to three drilling rigs across multiple projects, this is an exciting opportunity to join Matsa during a strong growth phase. The Role Matsa is seeking a highly motivated and technically capable Project Exploration Geologist to join our exploration team at the Lake Carey Gold Project. Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, this hands‑on role will support Matsa’s exploration and resource growth objectives across a range of active and emerging gold projects.
