MACA is seeking a Stores Supervisor to join our mining business on a permanent, full-time basis, working an 8/6 (day shift) FIFO roster from Perth to the Gruyere Gold Project. The Gruyere Gold Mine is located roughly 200 kilometers north‑east of Laverton and is part of a world‑class operation. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Stores Supervisor will lead and mentor a crew of Stores personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and support a team of warehouse personnel. Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across the warehouse, yard and outbuildings. Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics, ensuring safety, accuracy and timely delivery. Oversee cost‑effective and efficient warehouse operations. Receive, dispatch and track all stock entering and leaving the site. Lead and facilitate toolbox meetings as required. Complete tasks as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within MACA work practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar position within the resources sector. Demonstrated experience and training in Chain of Responsibility requirements. Experience managing a warehousing team. Experience with Pronto or JDE (highly desirable). A current WA driver’s licence (HR preferred). A valid forklift ticket. A current National Police Clearance.
