Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead and grow our store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product selection, inventory management, pricing, marketing, customer service, and staff supervision. This is a key leadership role that ensures Miki Beautiful Sushi continues to deliver outstanding quality, service, and profitability. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead and supervise retail operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling. • Foster a positive work environment, motivating and inspiring team members to deliver exceptional service. • Ensure that all sushi and other food offerings meet the highest quality and presentation standards. • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability. • Undertake budgeting for the shop, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled. • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. • Advise customers on sushi and menu items, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and attract new customers. • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations. • Stay current on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform business decisions. • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, and reporting.
